How it Works:
Step 1: You'll answer a few questions
Hamilton gives you. If you have one or two key customer
contact people working for you, they'll answer the questions as
well.
Step 2: You'll telephone interview 4-6
customers. Hamilton will tell you the types of customers
to interview and what questions to ask. You have to do
this--it cannot be delegated.
Step 3: You'll summarize what you learned (2
pages, max.) and get this to Hamilton a week before the one hour
phone call. You'll be called by our office to schedule
your OneHour with Hamilton after we receive the summary and
after Hamilton is satisfied with it.
Step 4: The phone call.
Cost: $750, paid in advance.
Upon receipt of the retainer, you'll receive the questions and
complete instructions via email.
